Error Messages
- Log file did not open
- IGWL Has Failed to Load Properly. Please Exit Remedy and Try Again
Fix
- Enter User Name
- Enter Password (do not hit enter or OK)
- Click Accounts
- Click Users
- Click Add
- Enter your User ID
- Enter a Home Directory
- EX- C:\ProgramData\HOME\[[User ID]]
- Click OK (accept users settings)
- Click OK (accept accounts settings)
- Click OK (to sign in to AOTS)
Cause
My system was just "reimaged." By re-imaged, he meant that he installed OS onto a new laptop then copied the user files to the new laptop. There have been several other missing settings that were missing which only enforces my suspicions.
