Reached a 40 minute 5k a couple days ago. My right foot is a little sore from the run, so decided to ride the stationary bike. This is much more relaxing than a treadmill. Since it's been years since I've been on a bike, this exercise started a little awkward. I was able to do about 8 miles in 30 minutes then finished off a cool down walking on the treadmill.
Hopefully, I can reach a 35 minute 5k by end of the year and 30 minute by March 2015. Weight-wise, I'm not making much progress yet. I have not been good, but have been getting back in the groove of working out.
